Ok another post after 5 years, and another post related to another scammer taking advantage of people kindness.
So how do I get started with this scammer/thief/bitch "Mart Abbigail Ganan y Castillo"?
She used to be someone whom i worked with at a company. She used to be a bright star till she was showing some questionable attitude at the company. She was troubled with financial issues and she started borrowing money around from workmates at company and she also was involved in online gambling. This had affected her so much that it was showing in her performance where she would start taking emergency leave times from times where eventually she was retrenched.
After she left the company, she started to text me trying to borrow money and then out of pity and out of my interest in her, I always lent her and in the end the sum ended up somewhere north of 100k PHP where she never even once tried to return me despite her multiple claims. She usually will disappear, not reply any messages, change her phone number etc when she didnt need any help. (which is definitely a red flag when someone tried to do this).
I stopped lending her the money eventually and still tried to help her if she cleaned my place and due to my trust for her, I let her clean my place on her own and she left my place unlocked. Twice i found out that I lost something from my place after she left so I started to suspect she was the one stealing from me. She denied it vehemently that she wont do it. Second time where I lost my Switch again after she cleaned, I found out a unit sold on FB marketplace that looked exactly like mine and after a deep snooping and checking with the seller it was confirmed that it was Abby who stole this. Eventually she just admitted she did it out of financial issue etc (see the pattern here? Someone who lacks of money always try to make themselves look pity).
Next, i lodged a report to Philippine police station so that she can learn a lesson because I was kinda disappointed that she lied and stole from me even after many favors that I did to her all this while. I told her about this and she begged for me to retract the whole thing where she promised me that she will return all my stuffs and the things she stole from me very soon by saying her parents will go to Switzerland to work and get advance money from their boss (which is their relative) as she didnt want a bad record showing up for her.
Guess what happened? Till now I never received single cent from her and I never retract the report as well. However the efficiency of Philippine police deparment is something of a concern as i have lodged the report during June 2024 and I was supposed to go to court to testify against this and till now I was never summoned.
In conclusion, for anyone checking on Mart Abbigail Ganan y Castillo, be aware she has some issues when it comes to finance as well as credibility, so I hope that no company ever will hire her whenever they did a background check and read this. Hereby i will attach her photo as well as the first page of the police report that I lodged against her.
